4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Prices are displayed in NZD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

6.1 New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

If you are a customer in New Zealand, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for:

  • Products that are faulty

  • Products that are not of acceptable quality

  • Products that do not match their description

We are also responsible for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure of the product.

This policy applies in addition to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

6.2 European Union Consumer Rights

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, unless the product:

  • Has been opened or used (for hygiene and health protection reasons)

  • Is sealed cosmetic goods that have been unsealed after delivery

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.

7. Hygiene & Safety Exception

Due to the nature of cosmetic products:

  • Opened or used mascaras cannot be returned unless faulty

  • This applies under both NZ and EU hygiene regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, branding, logos, and product designs are the intellectual property of Rimolash and may not be used without written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted under your account.

  • For EU customers, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
